Part-Time Floral Designer

The Porch in Wildwood is looking for a Part-Time Floral Designer to join our team!

Location: 16957 Manchester Rd. Wildwood, MO 63040
Hours: Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and create custom floral arrangements using high-quality artificial flowers
• Style and refresh in-store displays with seasonal and on-trend faux floral designs
• Work with customers to select stems, greenery, and containers for custom arrangements
• Incorporate artificial florals into broader store merchandising and vignette styling
• Keep floral supplies, tools, and workspace organized and well-maintained
• Monitor inventory of artificial stems and materials; assist with restocking as needed
• Support seasonal promotions and special events with floral styling contributions
• Provide exceptional customer service by offering design advice and inspiration for home styling

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in floral design & artificial flower techniques
• An eye for creative styling, merchandising & display work
• Basic crafting skills and a passion for detail
• A friendly, customer-service mindset
